Career

Mr. Ishikawa has 25+ years of experience in the source emissions testing industry with specific focus in the Gulf Coast Oil and Gas sector providing services at facilities such as
refineries, petrochemical and chemical, and midstream gas facilities. Other testing experience includes conducting tests at acid plants, utilities, pulp and paper, sugar, pharmaceutical, and municipal and medical waste incinerators. He graduated from Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University) in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and minored in Chemistry. After graduating, Mr. Ishikawa taught high school science and chemistry for five (5) years and then worked in a laboratory in the quality assurance department for two (2) years and has also obtained his certification as Qualified Source Testing Individual (QSTI). Mr. Ishikawa has worked at several engineering firms where his responsibilities included implementing and managing the emissions testing groups serving in various roles from field technician up to program director and has extensive experience managing and conducting source emissions testing for EPA Section 114 ICR, periodic and annual compliance, and engineering test programs utilizing USEPA, ASTM, TCEQ, and SW-846 testing and analysis methodologies.
